I had the CUSTOMER MANIA PLUS COURSE @ Esmart Centre.
DAY 1 ( 1st October 2007)
-Basically just sit there and listened.
DAY 2 ( 3rd October 2007)
- We were late thanks to me!
Cos I "cleverly" said I know the way from Boon Keng MRT station.
And apparently we were lost at the T-junction and we took taxi.
Wasted Sally's $5.
And both Sunita & Sally kept saying, "I feel like punching someone..".
Hurhurhur..
VALUABLE LESSON LEARNT :
DO NOT TRUST AZIMAH IF SHE SAID SHE KNOWS THE WAY.
COS WHAT SHE MEANT IS, SHE KNOWS THE WAY HOW TO GET LOST.
=))
-Had to be in different groups in order to mingle with other staff from other outlets.
I was in Group 4 together with Sally (CMP), Asyraf & Joscelyn (Plaza Singapura), Hamimah (Tampines Mall) and Fareez (Siglap) and we named ourselves BBQ. :)
- There was a ROLEPLAY and I immediately took the CSR positon.
Asyraf = Order Taker
Fareez = Server & Busser.
Joscelyn & Hamimah = customer.
SUPRISE!! Our customers are exchanged.
So BBQ's customers were from Pepperoni. basket.
the minahs. ahahahahahakz..
they like to laugh man.
too bad for Asyraf & Fareez..
have to handle difficult customers.
:)
BBQ was last to perform.
-Unfortunately, Sally becomes the observer together with Nelly. Aarghh..
But she managed to teach me what to say for CSR. Yessa!
No wonder I did wonderful for my roleplay so much so that I was only given GOOD comments from both observer & Shazana (trainer). Kwang3...
And yes, we had fun watching the ROLEPLAY of all the 3 groups.
Everyone was nervous. Damn hilarious lar.
Went home took a taxi.
This time Asyraf joined us since he lives in Sengkang.
And again, it's memorable and fun knowing other staff from other outlets.
"ooh..look at the cheese stretch!"
